Cell Phone addiction is a dependence syndrome seen among mobile phone users.These users exhibit problematic behaviors such as preoccupation with mobile communication,excessive money or time spent on mobile phones,use of mobile phones in socially or physically inappropriate situations.This definition comes from Wikipedia.Actually,I think every one knows what it means.Because you know how much time you spend on mobile phone every day,and you know how it feels when you forget to bring your phone to the toilet.

On average,Americans check their phones 47 times a day,found Deloitte,which surveyed 2,000 US consumers.In cigarette terms,that's a more than two-packs-a-day habit.Perhaps not surprisingly,young adults are the heaviest users.People ages 18 to 24 look at their devices an average of 86 times a day.It’s no wonder that neck problems on young people is increasing every year.
